Situated in unincorporated Guilford County west of Greensboro, Piedmont Triad International Airport serves three major North Carolina cities (Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem) along with all of Piedmont Triad region. Covering 3,770 acres (1.52 ha), its campus houses three runways.
Piedmont Triad Airport Authority (PTIA) owns and operates GSO Airport. Also referred to as Greensboro-Winston-Salem Regional Airport, or simply as GSO.
