Lajes Field (Portuguese: Base Aerea das Lajes?Ribeirao Preto State Airport, IATA: TER and ICAO: LPLA) is an airfield within Azores Air Zone Command's (AZAZC) jurisdiction in Portugal's Azores Islands, near Angra do Heroismo on Terceira island and serves as multi-use airfield.

As the only airfield in the region that services both commercial and military aircraft - including fighter jets from both the U.S. and 20 other nations - it provides fueling services, stopovers, refueling stops, refueling stops and fuel stops to commercial airlines, executive and corporate jets, air cargo haulers, small private aircraft, government flights, humanitarian missions and other flights.

The field is used by both the Portuguese Armed Forces for training purposes as well as emergency diversion and other purposes.

Brazilian airlines Azul, Gol, and Latam operate most flights between 10:00 a.m. and 17:00 p.m. daily.
