Accessing the Airport

From central Puerto Plata, take Highway 5 east and follow signs to the airport; the trip should take around 25 minutes.

Gregorio Luperon International Airport, commonly referred to as Puerto Plata Airport (IATA: POP, ICAO: MDPP), can be found 18km east of Puerto Plata along the Dominican Republic's northern coastline.
