Morava Airport - General Information

Morava Airport (also known as Laevci Airport in Serbia) is a mixed public and military airport situated in Laevci about 15 kilometers southwest of Kraljevo, 25 kilometers from Aak and 39 kilometres southwest of Kragujevac in Serbia. The airport offers both international and domestic flights.

Current airport infrastructure includes a dock building of about 5,000 square meters that is equipped to support one plane with up to 189 seats for arrival and departure at any given time. From "Morava", passengers can fly directly to Istanbul as well as seasonally Thessaloniki and Tivat.

Serbia has invested 22 million euros in Morava Airport project with hopes that this facility will drive business and investment activity within its borders.

However, despite these improvements, the 3.000 square metre terminal building remains mostly unoccupied over one year after construction on the airport was complete. No passenger has even entered this structure yet!
